MyPetFriendsSitter Plus is an optional subscription for sitters who want more tools to grow their pet care profile on MyPetFriends.
It is designed for sitters who already have experience, regular clients, or a pet care presence they want to show more clearly to pet owners.
What does Sitter Plus include?
With Sitter Plus, you can add business details to your public sitter profile:
- A business or trading name
- Your website
- Your Instagram handle
These details help pet owners understand who you are, where else they can learn about your work, and how your pet care brand presents itself.
Independent reviews
Sitter Plus also gives you access to an independent review link.
You can share this link with pet owners you have worked with outside MyPetFriends. When they leave a review, it can appear alongside your MyPetFriends booking reviews.
Independent reviews should come from real clients who have used your pet care services. Reviews that are misleading, fake, or unrelated to pet care may be removed.
Showing or hiding reviews
You stay in control of which reviews appear on your public profile.
On your Reviews page, tap the Public or Hidden pill on a review to change whether that review appears publicly. Hidden reviews stay visible to you, but they are not shown on your public sitter profile.
Managing your business details
You can update your Sitter Plus business details from your account page:
- Go to Account.
- Open the Personal tab.
- Find Your business details.
- Add or update your business name, website, and Instagram handle.
Keep these details accurate and appropriate for pet owners. Your profile should still follow MyPetFriends community and safety guidelines.
Managing your subscription
You can manage or cancel Sitter Plus from the Subscriptions page in your dashboard.
If you cancel, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, Sitter Plus-only business tools and review-link features may no longer appear publicly.
Tips for making the most of Sitter Plus
- Keep your public profile complete and up to date.
- Use a clear profile photo and strong bio.
- Add a business name only if it helps pet owners recognise your pet care work.
- Link to a website or Instagram page that is current and pet-care related.
- Ask previous clients for honest independent reviews.
Sitter Plus works best when it supports a trustworthy, complete sitter profile rather than replacing one.
